Jenn Simmons and Renee Melchiode Win Summary Judgment defeating a $10,000,000 Defamation Claim
MMK attorneys, Jenn Simmons and Renee Melchiode obtained a summary judgment in favor of their client dismissing a defamation case. The plaintiff was seeking $10,000,000 in damages in an employment related dispute involving the public health care system. The matter was pending in Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
