Meet Imani Haynes, an MMK Associate Attorney, who focuses primarily on insurance defense, general liability, and insurance coverage. Prior to joining MMK, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Marissa Hutabarat at First City Court in the Parish of Orleans.
Imani graduated from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in May of 2021. While at Southern, she was a member of the Black Law Student Association, Sports & Entertainment Law Association, and Board of Student Advisors.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Northern Illinois University, where she was also a member of the Women’s Track & Field team.
Imani is a Chicago native who loves to travel, try new restaurants, and work out. Although she’s a big Saints fan and loves the culture in New Orleans, nothing compares to Chi-town!
