Profile

Tim is an associate attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation, with a particular focus on employer’s liability and disputes arising under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Tim’s background in industrial marine construction gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to effectively represent his clients in complex employment, construction, and maritime matters.

Tim graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2024. While in law school, he served on the boards of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and the Maritime Law Society. His comment on Louisiana levee servitudes was selected for publication and appears in the Spring 2024 edition of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal.

A lifelong New Orleanian, Tim enjoys cooking and eating with friends and family, spending time outdoors, and commiserating with fellow Saints fans.
