Peter graduated from Louisiana State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering along with a minor in Environmental Engineering. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, he went on to work as a project engineer on one of the largest hydroelectric dams in Texas. In 2019, Peter went to clerk for his former employer, The Walsh Group, in their in-house counsel office located in Los Angeles, California. He drafted position papers, interpreted contracts to gain favorable outcomes for the company, and researched pertinent legal issues to assist attorneys during trial preparations.

Peter eventually graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2021. In law school, Peter was a member of the Maritime Law Journal, where his comment on laws applicable to offshore windfarms was awarded the Advisory Chair Award for best paper and was selected for publication. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in White Plains, New York.

Prior to joining MMK, Peter focused on commercial and construction litigation, including claims related to construction defects, payment disputes, design issues, delay claims, contractual disputes, and suretyship issues. Utilizing his engineering and construction background, Peter has both the practical and educational background necessary to provide the best possible representation to all aspects of construction industry clients.
