Kyle joins MMK as an associate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, construction litigation, and commercial transactions/counsel. Before joining MMK, Kyle worked for a Baton Rouge based law firm, primarily practicing plaintiff’s side personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights litigation. Additionally, while at the firm, Kyle worked in Federal criminal defense. This plaintiff’s side experience has allowed Kyle to develop a deep understanding of the perspectives of plaintiffs attorneys as well as the hurdles they commonly face. Kyle incorporates this knowledge to assist in serving his clients.
Kyle graduated from Tulane University Law School in May of 2022 specializing in Sports Law. While at Tulane, he worked for the Tulane Athletics Department and was a member of the Sports Lawyers Journal and Tulane Sports Law Society. Kyle graduated from Louisiana State University in 2018. While obtaining his undergraduate degree, Kyle interned with the East Baton Rouge District Attorneys’ Office.
Kyle was born and raised in Baton Rouge, but fell in love with New Orleans during his time at Tulane Law School. As the indisputable biggest sports fan in the office, it goes without saying that Kyle takes every opportunity to support his LSU Tigers, Tulane Green Wave, New Orleans Saints, and New Orleans Pelicans. When he isn’t watching sports, Kyle enjoys spending time working out, listening to rap music, and spending time with friends and family.
