Matt defends clients in state and federal courts in Louisiana and Mississippi and before state and federal administrative agencies and tribunals in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, product liability, professional liability, bad faith, first-party property, and commercial litigation. He also has experience litigating labor and employment and healthcare issues.  He also has experience drafting complex commercial transaction documents, including secured financing agreements, retail leases, vendor agreements, operating agreements, and employment and non-competition agreements.
