Jeffery B. Struckhoff to speak at the Annual Longshore Conference, sponsored by Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, on March 25, 2022.

MMK’s Jeffery B. Struckhoff will speak at the Annual Longshore Conference sponsored by Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, in conjunction with the United States Department of Labor. The “ALC” is the preeminent event for attorneys and claims professionals handling Longshore, Outer continental Shelf and Defense Base Act cases, and practitioners from around the country will be in attendance.

Jeff, along with Eric A. Dupree, a distinguished west coast practitioner now residing in Rock Springs, Wyoming, will present a CLE on Friday, March 24, 2022, on the “The Ethical Concerns in Representing Claimants,” with a focus on weighing the client’s desires versus the merits of the claim, and settlement of attorney fees versus the claimant’s recovery.

The conference is scheduled for March 24-25, 2022 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
