On September 29, 2020, the New Orleans Police and Justice Foundation will host its annual “Stake Out for Justice” luncheon at the New Orleans Sheraton Hotel. Melchiode Marks King is proud to be a sponsor of this event. The NOPJF is a private organization which seeks to make New Orleans a safer place in which to live, work and visit by promoting excellence in policing, efficiency in criminal justice and positive community engagement. It assists the NOPD with recruitment and provides funding for technological advances and training. It also provides financial assistance to seriously injured officers and their families and operates a tuition assistance program to offset the cost of college for NOPD employees.
