Kevin Marks appointed to Louisiana Bar Association’s newly-formed Employment Law Advisory Committee

Kevin and the other commissioners will develop the parameters of a new “Employment Law Specialty” to be implemented by Louisiana’s new Board of Legal Specialization. Among other duties, the Commission will draft and recommend practice area and specialty certification requirements, create a certification exam and establish CLE requirements for the new specialty.
