MMK is happy to announce that Kevin Marks had been elected to serve on the Board of The DOL–Joint Bar Association, Inc., a national not-for-profit membership organization for plaintiff and defense attorneys committed to improving the legal process in claims arising through the United States Department of Labor (“DOL”). The DOL-JBA’s objectives include providing unbiased advice and input for federal policy, promoting the highest standards of professional conduct for attorneys practicing before the DOL, and providing guidance to the DOL in administering laws and regulations within its jurisdiction throughout the United States and abroad. While Kevin will serve as an Employer/Carrier representative, the Board is composed of an equal number of claimant/plaintiff and defense attorneys elected by a diverse national bar. Kevin is honored to serve the DOL-JBA’s important mission and thanks its membership for the opportunity to do so.
