Melchiode Marks King, LLC is proud to announce that Kent W. Patterson has been named Member of the firm, effective January 1, 2025.
Kent is a litigation attorney with vast experience defending employers and insurance carriers in state and federal workers’ compensation cases, namely under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as well as additional practice areas, including subrogation, admiralty/maritime, construction, and insurance. Kent graduated from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2018. Before attending law school, he went to college at the University of Oklahoma and grew up in Dallas, Texas. Kent is now in his fifth year of practice with Melchiode Marks King LLC.
