James “J.J.” Reeves, II is a Tulane Law alumnus and a Martindale AV-rated attorney licensed to practice in Louisiana and Florida. He is a Claims and Litigation Management Certified Claims Professional and a Defense Counsel Trial Academy Graduate, who specializes in insurance coverage litigation, appellate practice, and corporate defense. He has taken on a broad range of practice from settling slip-and-fall claims to reported defense verdicts in multi-billion dollar lawsuits. Olivia Y. Truong practices in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia, specializing in areas of insurance defense and coverage, professional liability, and construction defect litigation, and products liability. Prior to joining MMK, she represented financial institutions and creditors in bankruptcy litigation, general contract and business litigation, and commercial real estate and secured transactions. As an alum of Emory University (B.A.) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., cum laude), Olivia’s resourcefulness and acumen have earned her the recognition of a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Hebert Law Center, Scott is licensed in all state and federal courts of Louisiana, and also a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Department of Labor Joint Bar Association, and the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
